Hair density, length, and texture are determined by both internal and external factors. A main component of hair composition comes from genetics and age, but there are factors that you can control such as nutrition, exercise, water intake, appropriate management of chronic health conditions, quality hair products, and proper hair care techniques. Virtual hair coaching is there to help guide you along your hair journey by content on hair care maintenance, products, and healthy lifestyle choices. While providing a safe environment for you to ask a licensed stylist questions or even others in our exclusive members-only forum. As someone who has been on their hair journey for many years, I recognize the need for support and encouragement. We will help send you frequent reminders to keep you on track with your hair and have you document your journey through photos so that you can appreciate how much progress you have made. However, most important in this hair journey is the “journey”. This is so much more than just hair. I want you to learn to love who you are both inside and out. This takes work, but it is so worth it. Hair is just a vehicle to self love.
